Competing with the best beers in the world at the Australian International Beer Awards 2012, Robinsons’ Old Tom demonstrates old school star quality as he adds a Bronze Medal to his extensive trophy cabinet.

Stockport based brewery, Robinsons, has 360 pubs situated within the stunning settings of Cheshire, Derbyshire, Cumbria and Wales, but between the 27^th September and the 4th October, Manchester Food and Drink Festival will play host to its 361st – The Pub on the Hub!

Typically known as giants of the brewing world, with the world’s fifth-largest market and by far the biggest in Europe, Germany is renowned for its variety, quality, complexity, and versatility of beer. However, despite the country’s impressive heritage, the German appetite for beer is apparently shrinking; producing too much and, due to an aging population and lifestyle changes, consuming too little.*
